These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and all purchases made from hausoflifecollective (“hausoflifecollective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), whether online or in our retail locations. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Product Availability & Delivery
Merchandise in stock will be delivered within 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location. Custom or special-order items will require additional production time, which may vary due to material availability or manufacturing delays. No time frame is guaranteed. International shipments may require additional lead time. Once your merchandise is ready for delivery, we will contact you to schedule shipping. Please ensure someone 18 years or older is available to receive the delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure items fit through all interior structures and into the desired space.
Pricing & Promotions
All prices on our site are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes according to state and local laws apply to all purchases. Prices and availability are subject to change, as well as any estimated delivery dates. We may honor a one-time price adjustment within 30 days of delivery if proof of purchase is provided. Price adjustments do not apply to sale, clearance, or final-sale items. We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to be incorrectly priced or described.
Payment & Deposit Requirements
We require full payment for online orders at the time of purchase. Full payment is required before scheduling delivery. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the remaining balance to your original payment method without further confirmation. We do not accept cash payments over $5,000 per order.
Stock Items & Custom Orders
Stock Items: We maintain a 14-day return policy for in-stock items. Any damages or manufacturer defects must be reported immediately. A restocking fee may apply for returns that are not due to defects.
Custom or Special-Order Items: Custom merchandise is made to your specifications; therefore, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturer defect or damage. Deposits for special orders are non-refundable for reasons other than defects or damage.
Returns & Exchanges
To process a return or exchange, the original receipt is required. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Delivery fees are only refunded if items are defective or damaged in transit. Merchandise returned due to size or preference will be refunded minus any applicable delivery and restocking fees. Items shipped outside the continental U.S. are not eligible for return or exchange.
For exchanges, restocking fees will not apply to stock items exchanged for equal or greater value. Reward certificates used on original purchases may be reapplied toward exchanges of equal or greater value.
Commercial Use
Our warranty applies only to residential, non-commercial use. Warranty is void if items are misused, handled improperly, reupholstered, or repaired by any party other than hausoflifecollective.
